The Dashboard

The Smart Port Dashboard is what makes our product unique and offers a better solution to you.  One dashboard to see all your smart devices across all platforms and from different vendors. You need not even open the vendors App to see or control what is happening with their equipment, Smart Port does all of that for you.

Below is an example of a  typical Dashboard Home Screen. The first row has been configured to display local weather conditions from a local weather station. The second row (blue tiles) displays all the rooms in the home with smart devices. The 3rd row (red tiles) lists all the pre-programmed scenes and routines that have been created. The 4th row lists the different modes available and the last row offers an overview of all devices in the home with certain attributes eg lights, temperature sensors, cameras etc. Clicking on a tile allows you to drill down to further detail:

Clicking on the ‘Temperature Panel’ tile on the last row opens up the dashboard below that shows the temperature of each room in the house.

Clicking on the ‘Security’ tile in the last row has been configured to reveal the status of all motion sensors, door contact sensors showing whether a door is open or closed, and smart locks displaying if that door is locked or not.

A ‘goodnight routine’ can be created that checks that all external doors are closed and locked, and you will get an audio confirmation.

The Lighting Control panel displays the status of all smart lights in the home, whether they are on or off, and what the dimming level is currently set to.

Custom Panels can be created to display any combination of smart devices, lights and appliances. In this example the status of the Family Room Sonos speakers are shown on the purple tiles:
